Riley, you stated the float to be ~1.8 million shares. The rest I assume would be 144, no? How are you getting your count of 144 shares?
How sure are you that the number exceeds 1.0 million?

Riley, The reason the 144 shares are an issue is because KUGLER made them an issue, He dissected it out of those old, funky OVIS financials.
