Good letter. I would add one more thing. They should prohibit repricing of management's options under these circumstances and all options repriced during that period should revert back to the original option price.

Phil & Bill, Just to be clear, ATI does not sell its chips to other graphcs board vendors. ATI only sells chips to PC OEMs for inclusion on motherboards. As such, ATI doesn't compete with our customers. On the other hand, we miss out on a nice market for our chips, e.g. Diamond, STB, etc. It's a business decision to stay vertically integrated.
