I think everyone would agree with Dr. Cowpie that Corel's graphics products are among the best in the industry, easily in the top-ten for that category. It's the complete abscense of competency in developing anything new which is cause for concern -- concern over those few dollars remaining to be lost. One might also question the importance of being in the top-ten of any consumer software product category given the market share of the top five is generally 99% or more. If nothing else, Corel has demonstrated, categorically, that a software company can suck enough. Perhaps somebody should send Corel a few samples of shinola complete with instructions on distinguishing if from software.
