yea, sometimes it is better to give up the equity to stop the cash flow loss.....

A better plan would be to let the entity go out on it's own wit ne leadership and a real plan on how to attack the market of small cells. Let NOK and Siemens both contribute $10M in equity funding and release all their assets to an independent spin off.

As for control., it should be obvious that the present leadership has done little to earn the right to stay in power. I would bring in some new blood that can get an entire change of attitude and make new markets happen.
