Your right about the cable margins looking better. This is their cash cow that I feel they have been milking dry. I just see too much competition in their main businesses. Any growth in their cable business will mirror population growth rates in the larger urban areas, that is if there is no competition there. I feel, however, that we are about to see some strong competition in the urban areas from satellite and wireless cable. Their rollout of digital cable has taken much longer than expected and where are they going to get the massive amount of money needed to upgrade the whole system to digital. I think in the short term the stock is due for a move up after its large decline but I still have my doubts longer term.

Cheers,

Paul
