AK, I was just kidding the Atheist. The gift to Mom comess to prox: $95K. Since the limit by the IRS on nontaxable gift giving in one
year by an individual or trust is $10,000. Some one will have to pay taxes on the balance of $85,000 unless it was in trust to her or some other legal means. Some CPA/IRS person please correct me if i'm wrong. Luck K
