MSFT has many friends in the industry; they are just afraid to reveal themselves. If we find out that the rumor from Spence the cat is true then it is only fair that you make some new Definitions up for the like of SUN, Oracle, and Netscape.

Spencer bites at rumors as Vegas gets ready to rumble
Nobody plays the game, in Vegas or elsewhere, like Microsoft. At Comdex, Bill's gang will kick off a new campaign to "out" competitors that use Microsoft tools for the bulk of their development work, an insider told His Hirsuteness. Billboards, banners and signs plastered on buses will expose the likes of Netscape, Sun and Oracle as--drumroll, please--loyal Visual C++ users. The Mouser hasn't received word yet on whether Gates has lined up testimonials from Ellison, McNealy and Barksdale on how C++ has changed their lives.
