I just called Farsight to verbally voice my concern (I already sent an email) with the new fee schedule. I was told by customer support:

1. the fee schedule was set and not going to be changed

2. Farsight was definitely aware when they set the new fees what the impact would be on penny stock traders

3. Sending email to feedback@farsight.com would eventually be passed to management

I stated that it appeared that Farsight must have made a decision it didn't want the penny stock business. This was not confirmed, but not denied either. They have been receiving other calls, but when I said there were many penny stock traders that had opened accounts and moved other non-penny stock business to Farsight, and that they would probably have to find another broker, the response was "ok".

Sounds to me that Farsight used us for their testing purposes, and that is it. Now they are happy to see us leave. If this is the attitude of management towards their customers, then they will not be very successful in the long term.
