My grandfather was out of work for two years during the depression. He painted houses if the owner supplied the paint. He charged nothing for his efforts. He wanted to work free so he didn't go crazy. He developed a patent for ventilation fans in deep shaft coal mines. WWII happened and every ship built used his fan. He had 750 employees at the end of WWII. He sold out to Joy in 1946. Anybody can make it in America!!!
