never accused you, but I completely agree with your prior suspicions. Rush to judgment is nothing new; he just had the money and clout to investigate this woman, and get her past exposed.

While his life may be ruined, his freedom may be maintained. Others in this country who are not as fortunate as he is financially, are forced to suffer the foolish rushes to judgment often perpetrated by over worked and burdened LEA, by spending years or decades behind bars.

This will be a well deserved black eye across the world for our justice system. Was he a "bad guy" by cheating on his wife in a last minute quickie if indeed that's what happened? Sure, but how many men and women are in similar situations every day? If Bachman is elected, that may become a crime, but until that day, it's a stupid, risky and disrespectful act, but hardly a crime.

I doubt that there was anything more than a simple attempt at blackmail by a very unsavory character.

Jay's points are very good: how much lack of consent possible in an half hour oral sex encounter.

If there was a frame by his political enemies, I would think that someone with more credibility would have been used.

So at least I am vindicated to my claims that it all seems as an effort to "Frame" DSK

Haim,

You're partially vindicated, but I said all along that DSK's top-notch defense team would uncover anything dirty. It was sure funny watching you go bonkers over this. I guess you were thinking of "Vlad the Impaler", not "Vlad the Impeller"... :0)

"Therefore, they framed him with help of a whore which should be impelled alive like they did it in Medieval Romania and then roasted like a pig she is, throwing in the proceedings the NY persecutors and some WS scum would make the world a much better place."
