I don't think its yet time for a reverse split,(company would have to be on its death bed) I think S3 should offer to its shareholders a warrant or right as an incentive to look at other cost efficient methods to settle the problem outside of legal action. I think it could be structured in a way that would remove the financial incentive form costly legal action, to the benefit of all concerned. I would like to see all management & board members return all proceeds back to the company treasury as a good faith effort.

I would strongly advise all shareholders to write or email S3 requesting all insiders as a condition of restatement of revenue take respondiblity and return proceeds of insider stock sales back to the company.
