Make the font for Home, Mail, SubjectMarks, etc., larger and remove the visual clutter of the buttons' unnecessary new graphics (does anyone need a picture of a house to find the Home button?), and it will look much better, imo. Does this look better?

The version we had yesterday, evolved over a few iterations awhile ago, had a comfortable tone for reading and thinking. The mix of brown, tan, light and dark blue worked. Now there is too much blue. and ... The logo combines blue for Silicon gold for Investor. I would prefer silicon color for Silicon, and blue for investor.
