I agree with Chip's comments here. While the graphics are cute, they take up too much real estate on the page.

As well, I will add my name to the list of users who find that there is not enough colour contrast on the list of posts on a Discussion Board for me to easily identify the last post that I read and the first post that I have not read. This was very easy to see in the previous version. Please fix this.
