"she is saying it was non consensual" I'm not following it enuf, but I think what just came out is that she is a liar, which means, even if she swears to tell the truth, she may not be. Makes prosecution difficult. Bruises don't say who or what caused them. If you get paid to lie, it doesn't take much more to agree to take a few bruises, too. He was already talking about a possibe plot like this to do him in politically B4 it happened. Not guilty doesn't mean innocent. It means there was doubt. Having a liar for the chief witness is not helpful in expunging doubt. Ask Da Blago.
