Agreed, it is a little problematic how to coerce a woman into such an an oral procedure, but it is not without precedence. Equally problematic is why she would want to do it... If she had been paid to do it, that might explain why, but apparently she wasn't.

Personally, I have no idea what happened. I believe powerful forces from both sides are massaging the situation to gain some advantage. The truth? An unfortunate casualty along the way... We may never know.

Your questions with regard to the physical feasibility of this kind of a rape are spot on. I am surprised that the smart, street wise NYC detectives fell for this.

... But then again, millions of otherwise sane people seem to believe that spending great quantities of freshly created dollars can buy us prosperity. And that's even more goofy than the maid's story.
