OK, so Pincus founded Presidio Media LLC, which later changed its name to Zynga. From the Management section of the S-1: Mark Pincus founded* Zynga and has served as our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Product Officer and Chairman since April 2007.* According to the California Secretary of State's website (unfortunately, there is no URL for the specific search), the papers for Presidio were filed on April 19, 2007.
