Your following questions are not released to the public and no, I am not privy to them. I do know that they made a 200,000 share purchase one day though.

5. How much of an equity stake did M3 take in CSMA (in dollars and %) and what form was the stake in (common equity, preferred stock, debt, etc)? What did they pay for this stake per share, if it is equity?
