Not to say that the warrant idea is a bad idea, but it won't happen. These types of lawsuits are filed everyday and they aren't settled with warrants. We are basically looking at a zero sum situation. We own shares of S3. Anything they pay out comes out of our pocket whether it is with cash, warrants, stock or Virge chips. Collecting from the insurance companies or the management directly is a different story.

I think we're moving forward nicely now. We are at least participating in the rally today instead of being left behind. I'm glad I get in at 6 3/8 on Friday.

Has anyone seen the lastest estimates for '98? It looks like they are at a mere $.39. This years is listed as $.50. The .39 looks really low. Then again, given the warnings about the next few quarters, maybe we should be glad the estimates is projecting earnings.
