Thanks... I'm able to articulate your thoughts and feelings on the subject well because what I said was not just a quick knee jerk reaction to your initial post... I know the business very well, and I know lots of people in the business, and for many years also, I know how they think and I understand what makes them tick... too many of them are nothing but spoiled brats who are not capable of thinking for themselves... I stay away from those types, they waste your time and are generally toxic... then, of course, there's a set of others who are well grounded in the real world and also have a savvy business acumen, they're not only fluent in the business but are real people as well, they make very good friends and can be trusted, that's a rarity in that kind of work... GZ
