Fortunately, it sounds like more of a Condominium Bitch Committee issue than a public matter. Living in a gated/restrictive Condo community with a bunch of bored old farts has to be a roaring pain, unless your goal is to stay inside with the shades drawn all the time. . Hopefully, the original intent was to prevent having wheeless cars & pickup truck bench seats parked in the front yard 'a la HeeHaw. . .The CBC backed off when challenged. .
