give it time.

you're merely watching the process in slow motion.

DM's will be nice again, like SF's.

everything else, just like it was pre euro.

german real estate is starting to make me interested, even with the tenant's rights problem.

selectively speaking.

belgium................... nice place to visit, but it needs a government don't you think?

i find it ironic that brussels became the seat of the entire euro/political effort, and that in itself, did not create, a kind of special economy for belgium.

in fact, all it has done, is another sigfried line, where little begium and its two halves get run over by yet another european wide fantasy.

no offense. perhaps begium could get smarter and do the swiss union helvetia solution on the one hand, and act as mere host, to the buildings of the EU in a nice rent return on property sort of way.

best of both worlds, and lots of problems solved, sort of.

have fun.
