re: the cocktail party icon I wonder what iteration of SI this is, as in "Under New Mangerment" Maybe fifth, so might a V be appended, as in Silicon Investor V so we all can keep count? Now that Cheeky Kid has joined SI as a paid "made" man, he should be added as a figurine to the cocktail party. Rumor has it that Cheeky Kid was cast, as himself, in the 1919 movie "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" and its 2005 sound remake, again as himself. Yes, that strongly suggests that Cheeky Kid is a disembodied spirit (aka) zombie, the living dead. (Updated) the cocktail party icon with iteration and Cheeky Kid added

Brad forgot to invite another important group of SI members to the cocktail party. Lurkers - those that register with SI but only read, never post Most likely ten of them for every one of us posters. I updated the cocktail party icon, below, and represented them in a 10:1 scale. Your WWII father may have crossed path with Mr.Kilroy.
