I got in orfr today at 18 with a few hundred shares. My stochastic indicator shows it is oversold, but the momentum is laging. I believe if the market stabalize with a general upward trend, the momentum of orfr should pick up. The volume has dried up which indicates a biger move is in line, the direction of which in my opinion has much to do with the future market sentiment. I think it is a good time to try a small amount of shares and see.
