It was Lahcim who described it so. It could be a hobby like Apple TV is a hobby. A hobby until it's not a hobby.

I think I read somewhere (this thread?) that you took back SI basically as a hobby. Feels like you've made it a full time job with lots of overtime. Feels that way to me too! Ron and I have both put in a lot of overtime this week. Hopefully just start-up pains... There are still about a week's worth of quick fixes and database tuning, and then I should be able to step back and look at the bigger issues. I'm enjoying using the folder system here to file all the public and private messages I receive. But it's a bit clunky and needs a paradigm change. In 1-2 weeks, I plan to move SI from dedicated hardware here in Kansas City to the "The Cloud"....which should be a performance upgrade (although Search is about the only thing that needs speeding up). I don't expect more than 1 hour of downtime (on a Saturday night)
