Then the taphole at the bottom of the processor will be opened for dumping the dreg after the processor cools down; the material will be fed from the processor inlet and then enters to next circulation. The vertical oil-refining processor in China cannot meet environmental protection requirements on its disposal of three wastes during manufacturing; besides, it doesn’t have capability to produce continuously. Thus, to fulfill the economic benefits will require more oil-refining processors to work together. Considering that all JBII has bought from Donghe is the reactor vessel, the rest of what they do is probably different from what JBI does. JBI is currently working on patents applications and will have to take into account prior art from many different places, including China. That is true for any company filing a patent application. There are a number of things about the JBI system that appear to be unique. As such they may be patentable.
