NOT true.

Having served on the jury of a murder trial in Florida.

Only exception would be if the prosecution specifies it's murder one w/death or nothing and I don't think theu did that.

Justice denied because of the potential for medieval punishment.

Big jump in logic. And not what the jurors are saying. So far they are saying they WANTED badly to convict but couldn't because of the lack of evidence.

That said I'm against the death penalty (for entirely different reasons).
