Thanks Steve, your message was very informative. If you don't mind, I have one more question that you may be able to help me answer.

I keep hearing that in order to create jobs, the corporate tax rates must come down. Why would this create jobs? It's my understanding that demand must be created in order to create jobs. Cutting Corporate taxes, without an increase in demand, will only provide Corporations with more cash to put into the "bank", ie, improve their balance sheets.

Appreciate you thoughts on this matter.
