Wrong!, it's been increasing for the past 100 years.

100 years is a meaningless sample.

Depending on the timeslice that you use you can come up with any scenario you want. Use 300 years and the temps have actually been decreasing. Use 500 years and it is more flat, use 10 years and it's going down.

Yes, the temperature has increased for 200 years [with a few ups and downs on the way]. But it hasn't increased as per the predictions given by the Global Warming hypothesis over the last dozen years.

When the prediction doesn't work, the prediction is wrong. It's a travesty, to use the phrase of one of the Global Alarmists. You are in denial. Even the Global Alarmist scientists admit that the failure to warm as expected has been a problem.

But, aha!! They have found an excuse - yes, China is burning coal which has been cooling Earth. Which is terrible because as the sulphates and other particulates are stripped from the air, the CO2 will [mostly] remain and away we go again [they say] into even faster global warming. When it doesn't happen as hypothesized, they will come up with another reason. "Ummm.... oh yes, the solar minimum is highly unusual so although we are reglaciating right now [2020], it's only because the sun has conked out, not because the CO2 Warmist Theory is bung".

Of course there has been a slight warming over 200 years - that's the end of The Little Ice Age. Fox and Franz Josef glaciers retreated up their valleys for kilometres 100 years ago and kept going. That little bit of global warming was not due to CO2 and the continued warming is just the momentum of that process. The contribution from CO2 by people is trivial.

You guys have it wrong.
