Believe ecb just okay-ed accepting any garbage bond as collateral, and 'temporarily' suspended need to rate some sovereign garbage.

Just the Portuguese, which were rated junk by Moody's the other day. But then the Greeks will moan and groan and the Irish will piss in Trichet's boots and of course the Spanish and the Italians will follow suit when their debt gets downgraded. And the rule was suspended until 'further notice.'

It is stealth QE by the ECB.

It is exactly the same thing as subprime, except with sovereign debt.

Isn't it astonishing that we are living through two serious financial crises in the span of a measly three years?

And that the barbarous Aztec metal has gone inverse to the the dual crises?

Once, a person was lucky to live through one financial crisis in a lifetime. We have had two in three years. To me, that says more than any chart or some greybeard's analysis than anything.
