Re advantage - that can work in reverse, too - these advocates get so taken with the hype that they believe it and at SUBPENNY where this JB lark will inevitable reside they will continue to believe!

That paragraph is from the Risk Factors section of the 10Q. It clearly enumerates the risks of doing business.

All of those statements could become true. That is not a statement of what is expected to happen.

As for the non-public material information comment. Nothing that was of a material nature was disclosed that I am aware of.

If you doubt the AGM was gong to be held, you could have gone and gotten the scoop of the Century on JBII.

But alas, it was held and there were a lot of people there. I had a good time meeting other JBII investors and talking to the JBII staff.

It increased my confidence in the company to get to meet and talk with Board members, managers, fabricators etc.

You missed out by not attending.
