That is a two way street. Consistent denial of positive information is just as much a form of confirmation bias as the inverse.

The demonstrated progress of the company is objective fact. How you choose to interpret that information is up to the individual.

It's pretty hard to argue with NYDEC permits having been granted.
Fuel sales at $109.80 bbl.
Contract for 1,00,000 to 2,000,000 liters of fuel.

Clearly that is not all the JBII needs to accomplish. It is one heck of way down the path.
