Where did I say or imply that I think that the bank don't have enough money to start loaning? I said they would have more money to lend. Believe it or not that is the business that they are in. If you think all the banks would do is buy government securities with the money then it would only result in a very small increase to their bottom line. I would still see this as a positive but only a modest one. I can't guarantee they would lend it and you can't prove they wouldn't.
