Radar, FTEL has to have something going for it, it spent 20 trading days above the IL. There's no real MIM in the chart I have anywhere. It goes back to 5 16/94 and since then the price didn't have any high from which it backed down to a serious low over a long-term period. The recent run-up to over 10 precipitated a pullback and it seems to run in 7-8 day periods just starting a new period today. If the pullback is halted here in this period, that would be a positive.
