Our divided politics isn't going to help us in any manner. It's only going to harm us. It's a reflection of our individuality and is what is also at the root of our innovative nature - conformist societies are not noted for new ideas or technologies - copying things is what they're good at.

Stock Bull stated: "Our divided politics isn't going to help us in any manner. It's only going to harm us." I strongly disagree. The only thing saving this country right now is "divided politics." Specifically the division that says liberalism is a mental disorder, and that Obama is a fraud and destructive to America. So now prove that you meant what you said, compromise with me on that statement. While you are at it, perhaps you would be willing to share exactly what conservative philosophies in government you actively promote for the sake of not being "divided." .
