re: date the transfer is expected

re:re: BORK share [value] is based on the company having ownership of the newly invented metal alloy(s) [and] currently it does not eventhought that transfer is expected to happen later this year."

ok, my bad... Like reading the words contained inside a Chinese Fortune cookie, the words "to happen later this year" I obtained from reading the words at the bottom of my glass filled with the IH BORK board's Kool-Aid drink.

Actually there has been an additional element to add after the item to the question of ownership of the patents, that being... "The company is offering restricted stock to insiders and investors at minimum investment of $25,000. They seek to raise $5 million for Borque Alloy Manufacturing, a new company, then merge [new company] into BORK within 60 days... If Bourque's products are real and if there is a strong market for them and if Bourque Alloys becomes the main supplier or manufacturer for Bourque Industries, then there is a possibility that profits from the sale of products moves from Bourque Industries to Bourque Alloys thereby reducing the per share profits of BORK."

Information on Bourque Alloys. This is public information found the Arizona corporate commission.
