They are still debating that point as far as I know. There is little logic in Arizona politics these days... a lot of nose cutting for purposes of spite as far as I can see.

OTOH, the actual business men in the state are starting to call an end to some of the really stupid stuff, like fences and deportations... gotta keep that cheap labour pool or one of the villas may have to be sold to pay for the chopper fuel. -ggg-
