You still haven't figured out that stranded WTI means jack? Remember when it was announced that the SPR had been sold at 107, based on La. Light Sweet? WTI was $94 that day, and the bids were in 2 days earlier. Now,

The WTI-Brent spread hit $22 earlier today. It is now back down to $21.27. per Bloomberg Energy. Brent and La LS run close together, and Louisiana is in the US, and so is the SPR. (I think they will announce another release in about 10 days).
