Unfortunately, support take a number of forms.

And, as we learned in 2010, it is the support that can be converted to votes that will dictate which road we are going to go down.

Don't lose track of the successes, where the GOP already has control, of disenfranchising thousands of potential voters by establishing selective rules that will favor GOP candidates. And that includes all of the races.

But the congressional house turned Republican in 2010 and the Pubs captured more(than they had--its 25 for each party now) governor seats. My point though is the majority of the country would not support shutting down the government to fulfill either bases wish list.

I know that's what most conservatives want to believe but those newly elected govs and congressmen are polling near the bottom of the barrel. The GOP govs have some of the worst ratings in the nation:
