So here you are bragging about your RE speculation in a "gentrifying" area. You know how gentrification works, right? Take cheap RE in a minority area, get yuppies to start moving in, build some big houses, raising RE prices and rents which pushes more minorities out, thus drawing more yuppies in, helping to keep the prices rising. Then move to another state and start over.
