At least Intel is speaking favorable about SystemWizard again:

''The technology SystemSoft is demonstrating today can help streamline the troubleshooting process for both OEM support
centers and internal corporate help desks alike,'' said Will Swope, vice president Desktop Products Group, Intel Corporation
[Nasdaq:INTC - news]. ''That can translate into faster technical support calls, shorter call queues and greater customer
satisfaction, all important to Intel's vision of highly manageable systems.''

But now they have an excuse for another 6 months of SystemWizard delays and no new contracts:

In the first half of next year, SystemSoft will integrate the standardized trouble ticket as
part of its industry leading SystemWizard problem-resolution software.
