There is regular discussion on this thread on when to sell stocks. Most seem to agree it's harder than the buy decision. Many have suggested selling anything that cuts the dividend. I'd agree with that with the proviso that if the yield were still high after the cut it might still be worth a hold. UVE doesn't qualify and I'll be looking to get out. Other negatives are lack of shareholder communication and the risk of homeowners' insurance in hurricane-prone areas. Also dabum has mentioned PAYX hasn't increased its' dividend for three years. PAYX's payout isn't high enough, IMO, to merit further patience, and I'll be looking for the exit there as well.
