No, it's terrible, and that's why the stock has tanked. I sure don't know which is true:

1) Larson et al. saw that their technological breakthroughs simply were not going to pan out in products with mass sale, and so took $1.2 million and split, or

2) Larson was a visionary/scientist maverick completely unable to cope with the successful commercialization and marketing of the products now in the pipeline, and an excellent and unusually strong board of directors fired him and his friends to build a profitable company.

The horses are IN the GATE. All bets now. please

Personally, I think the stock is well-priced if things go badly in the future, and cheap if they go well.
