Where do I think Cushing oil is going? Nowhere, at the moment.. it's stranded. That's why it's called a glut. If it could go somewhere easily, the spread would be a lot smaller, and the price of Brent and La. Lite would prolly drop. But it can't. Your article tells you why.

You're being disingenuous. There are refineries in close by OK and TX that are using the stuff. In fact, the oil is getting shipped by pipeline and truck/barge to other locations [read the article] but not fast enough.....hence the glut. And part of the reason for the glut is because N. America's production of oil has increased dramatically in the past two years. A statistic you seem to want to ignore.
