What else does the Tea Party want to do? Why do they want to end the war? Save money? Then what do they want to do with that money? Advance it for the betterment of society such as education, medical benefits etc.?

About US military involvement, Bush has left a permanent scar. The US had no right to invade a sovereign nation such as Iraq. There were no WMDs there. Al Qaeda militants were not in Iraq either. The US destroyed the artifacts of the Arabic culture with their invasion. If, what Bush did, was done by any other world leader, that leader would be hauled up for war crimes trial at The Hague. Our system should not tolerate the "Gaddafis and Milosevics" even if that happens to be a US President. If we as a nation condone such acts by our President, then we should not be surprised at the world's anger including that of violent groups such as AQ. A simple "We are sorry" by Obama to the Iraqis will gain a lot of goodwill.
