The Tea Party is a bunch of racists who are alarmed at the diversity this nation is emerging into. They want to preserve their wealth and their property.

Partly correct.

By and large, Tea Party folk are ignorant, easily influenced white folk.

Not much wealth or property to protect, but xenophobes, one and all, and the observation that Obama was their raison d'etre is dead on.

We know from whom they want to "take their country back", but the moneyed manipulators, like the Koch Bros have hit a political gold mine channeling that racism under the guise of fiscal prudence.

I am as fearful of the Tea Party as I am fearful of the Al Qaeda, which is also a populist movement which has spread to the US as evidenced by the sleeper cells.

As we should all be.
