To all who are getting confused by EP's comments today: He did not quote nor say that CPQ would earn exactly 0.82. What he said is that CPQ is VERY COMFORTABLE with the current estimates!!!!! What this means is that CPQ will definatley make 0.82 and then some! I would not be surprised to see CPQ earn anywhere between 0.90 and 1.00 this quarter. Look at what CPQ did to earnings last quarter! The fourth quarter will definately be a show stopper! We have the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas that is going to be incredible for this market and especially CPQ!!!!!! My prediction is that CPQ will be somewhere between 85 and 95 when it splits! Good luck to all and don't forget to VOTE ON THE SPLIT! Mark A. Palma
