Actually, there are more depressing things. Hypothetically speaking, assume that one investor who shall go nameless but whose initials are remarkably similar to mine, sat on profits on not only her oil stocks, but also two high tech stocks, only to see them all plummet, and then got stopped out, too late, on one driller, which then rallied above the too-late stop price. The good news is that my 40% profit in less than a year is still around 20%----and I'm enthusiastically expecting better things to come in this sector! mph
