Gaston,

INTC/MSFT will stay flat until sometime next year when new product cycle begin.

GE/PG/KO basically flow with the market itself - up or down - between a 5-10% trading range, most of the time is a 5%-7%. all have a beta 1.5 to 2 versus market indices. You could add JNJ & TRV to the list.

listen, i think you are right on target.
the bounces up follow some precipitious falls.
while some of the pundits are saying the asian influence might be less harsh than previously estimated, the big wild card is sodom(sic)
he has little to lose in this situation, and the most to gain.
if the gulf problem leads to military intervention, i think we will soon retest the 7200 level or perhaps even the 7000 level.
taking some profit off the table now and being ready to invest in the next fall is not a bad idea.
we are in a trading range and likely to stay there for the near future.
