So if you say to Donghe I want to buy the JBII system you have posted on your site. Their reply back to you should be that they can only sell you the drum.

Because that is the Donghe equipment that JBI purchased with a few exceptions. The addition of the catalyst tower and the continuous feed modifications that JBI created for it are not disclosed in that picture. Since that picture was made, other pictures of the JBI machine have been published. Those newer pictures show how much the JBI machine has changed since that picture was given to Donghe. No information that is proprietary to JBI is disclosed in that picture.
