Hi Triff - Perhaps the market believes CLX is a better risk than U.S. Treasuries.

Take a look at Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) it's positive too as the market is off more than 1.7%. Maybe some of the Treasury investors are allocating monies to CLX and KMB hedging a possible downgrade of U.S. Treasuries.

I sold my position in CLX. I felt uncomfortable with the amount of debt they have and decided that if I'm going to hold a company with a lot of debt, I wanted a higher yield. So, I put the CLX proceeds into KMB.
